Affiliate Program Terms

You must be at least 18 years old and hold an AlvoWear account in good standing. Enrollment requires your full name, your own Bangladeshi mobile number, a payout method, the payout account number and the account holder's name, and acceptance of these terms.

Information must be accurate and belong to you. One affiliate account per person, phone number and payout account. We may pause or ban accounts that provide false details or duplicate identities.

We attribute an order to you when the shopper arrives through your referral link and completes checkout within the attribution window (currently 30 days, last click). Attribution relies on a first-party cookie and a local fallback and may be lost when browsers block storage.

Self-referral is prohibited. We automatically void commissions where the customer is the affiliate, shares the affiliate's phone number, or uses the affiliate's payout account.

Commission is calculated on the product value of a delivered order, after coupon discounts and excluding shipping, multiplied by the rate active at the time of the order. Each conversion stores the rate used, so future tier changes never rewrite past commissions.

Tiers are based on lifetime delivered units and do not decrease. Commission is pending until the order is delivered, becomes payable after the holdback period, and is reversed for cancelled or returned orders.

Payouts are recorded manually by our team via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer to the account you provided. The minimum payout is ৳1,000. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details; payments sent to the details on file are considered complete.

We may request identity documents (such as NID or TIN) before larger payouts and may withhold amounts where required by law.

Prohibited: bidding on AlvoWear brand keywords, coupon or deal-site poaching, cookie stuffing or forced clicks, self-purchase or fake orders, spam, misleading claims, and offering cashback or incentives that violate these terms. Violations void commissions and may result in a ban.

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you post links (for example: 'Affiliate link — I may earn a commission'). This is required by advertising standards and is a condition of participating.

We may update these terms, tier rates or the attribution window. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new version.
